Recent reviews

Benepass was fine for non HSA FSA benefits and reimbursements, ex gym, rewards. However their team (or whatever ai automation they use) for approving HSA FSA seems incompetent. They don’t review any receipts properly and reject or require a LMN for items/services that are completely covered without one. Ex. 1 Took several submissions of a medical visit having to physically highlight the items on the receipt because they are not actually reading the receipt. Ex. 2 some online items on Amazon/Target etc aren’t labeled as HSA FSA eligible when they should be, Benepass requests a LMN instead of looking up if the item is actually eligible. Obvious items like otc medications, health supplies.
