Every time you fully complete a survey it’s a 50/50 chance they actually add your points to your account and if they don’t you have to contact support then support act like they can’t add the points because you where disqualified whole time you weren’t and completed the whole survey without getting points added this app is garbage and it takes forever to cash out the point system is terrible you could have 900 points and need 100 more than all of sudden no survey qualify you and you can only cash out at 1000 points which is stupids as well just try another app not worth the headaches will be deleting and not using again !

After many failed attempts to participate in what seem to be legitimate surveys, and after speaking to Pinecone Research representatives, every survey is no longer valid. Doesn’t matter if I click on the email, take the survey from the app, or access it on my PC. That’s disappointing.
