2026-04-27	Kr*****	I only use the app twice a month - to see what time the team left the office. That allows me an hour to make sure my elderly Mother is up, dressed & out of her bedroom so they can strip the bed etc. And to manage the tips when they do an exceptional clean :) EVERY time WITHOUT FAIL, the app has LOGGED ME OUT & no longer recognizes my password!!! I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro - all up to date!!! This has been the pattern for a year now!!! And then I’m locked OUT & have to call the office to get back into my account !!! Plz allow the app to use facial rec - this would bypass this bug that renders the app useless. PLEASE !!!! 26April2026 - STILL having the same problem. Uptodate iPhone - plenty of memory, phone is rebooted every night…. PLUS WHEN trying to log in, the keyboard COMPLETELY covers the login space!!!! Seriously, plz fix that basic design flaw…

Mainly a place where you can leave notes for your cleaners and a map to see where they are when they’re on their way. I don’t like getting a “your cleaners are on their way” notification with no time. I’ve had them not show up for two ours after the notification was sent.

2025-11-08	Be*****	Why have an app if we can’t actually schedule cleanings? I should be able to request the specific days I want and see if they are available and I should be able to request additional cleans and see the price. I want to choose mornings or afternoons on a specific day. What is the actual point of this app?? The fact there was an app and online payment/scheduling was a really positive selling point when choosing a cleaning company but this is extremely disappointing.

2025-06-08	CE*****	I can’t seem to do anything on the app. I need to reschedule a cleaning and there’s no place to select a date. The FAQ says to select the three dots, but there are no dots. Plus I had indicated additional rooms I want to clean, but since the schedule changed I want to switch things around. I can’t select or unselect rooms. I give up.

2025-05-14	vs*****	I’m a new customer and I'm trying to setup my account in the app…which is a required procedure. IT'S AWFUL!!! You're supposed to add all this information but you aren’t shown the field that you're typing in, so it's pretty impossible to enter your information correctly. For some functions…like adding a phone #, the app will only accept a phone number with the dashes…but they provide the characters that you can enter and they don't give you the dash as a character that you can enter. So, the only way to enter your number is to type it somewhere else and then copy/paste it into the app. Worse yet….if you don’t figure that out the app just stops functioning until you get it right! But it doesn’t bother to tell you what's wrong. It's VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

2025-04-15	CO*****	My first experience with the company is 100% satisfaction. Katrina, Evie and Tania went above and beyond! I have faith the services will remain consistent ! A few minor headaches from the office but rectification actions are, thus far, positive!
