Poorly design app and functionally illogical considering its importance for home owners and tenants. Requires total overhaul, but you have no choice.

Convenient way to request for work permits, gate passes, add household etc. No need to pick up the phone to call or stop by the PMO for approval. Approval for requests are fast However, for the few time that I check the “payment” option is always unavailable.
