I’ve been playing for years with over 2800 wins. Recently, the app started to freeze. The only fix that worked was powering off my 16 pro max and restarting. Tonight, that didn’t work either, so i deleted the app as I’ve done times before. When I reloaded the app, I’m now back at the game 1 intro level. Is there a way to restore my status? Disappointed!

I enjoy the game, however, every time I have to watch an ad and then go back to the game it doesn't refresh just get that annoying circle. Then when I opt to choose a helping aid and watch a video it doesn't allow me to use the aid I get that frustrating circle that just keeps spinning. Deleting the game I'm so fry
