The app began with bugs - the app closed on its own sporadically and upload times were up to 7 hours to get a draft. Then it stopped working completely; no fix after closing the app completely, restarting the phone and logging out of the app. Cannot even log back in. Cannot see anything because the screen goes blank. I’ve contacted the helpline but there is no response after one automated email. The last resort is to uninstall and reinstall but because I haven't heard back from the help line I’m not even sure that would help. As an educator expecting a reliable app to communicate with families, I am very disappointed with the app in general.

I updated my app and now it doesn’t work, I can’t even write a post. Please help with this issue, the app has been giving me trouble for days now. Looking forward to a solution, thank you.
