I love having the opportunity to practice so many different types of classes featuring authentic traditional Yoga whenever and wherever I want to. The variation of practices that suits my day to day needs is very useful as are the different lengths of the practices so I can practice a shorter class if I have limited time or a longer class if I really want to immerse myself. I find the classes to be very inspirational, grounding, and comforting. I highly recommend this platform.

The classes are very good, well explained and include all elements of yoga traditions. The video streams do buffer too often, which is annoying during a difficult pose. There is an option to download the video but lately each time I try to download the app crashes and the video is not downloaded. Please help!

Akhanda Yoga app is truly a perfect tool to access all aspects of yoga from anywhere. It’s very easy to use and navigate. It has so many important classes that covers all about yoga. Amazing teachers and practices. I’m deeply grateful for this app. Om.
