The women are attractive and I’ve met a lot of people. So far the experience has been smooth. I like that you can send messages for free and also see some of your likes without paying. Which is better than a lot of other apps.

Abysmal customer service. If you accidentally pay for a subscription and request a refund—without utilizing a single feature—they categorically refuse to assist and immediately weaponize their terms of service as a convenient escape hatch. There is no discretion, no empathy, and no semblance of customer‑centric thinking. Their posture makes it unmistakably clear: they prioritize financial extraction over fundamental fairness, and they would rather cling to policy than exercise even the slightest degree of human decency.

This is easily one of the most disappointing dating apps I’ve tried. The platform promotes itself as having a highly selective and rigorous vetting process, but my experience suggests otherwise. The quality of profiles on the app does not reflect the premium image the company markets. Many profiles featured unclear or low-quality photos, which I understood would not meet the platform’s stated standards. Several profiles appeared incomplete or lacked the level of effort one would expect from a supposedly exclusive community. I also came across reviews suggesting that promotional images may create the impression that the app attracts exceptionally high-caliber singles. Based on my experience, the actual user base did not align with those expectations. Fortunately, I did not pay for a subscription. Given the gap between the app’s marketing and my experience using it, I would not recommend this platform and would encourage others to explore alternative dating apps before spending their time or money here.
