Recent reviews

I was a legitimate TREADS customer and was charged $63.08 per month. The app is now nonfunctional for me, I have been unable to reliably obtain service or cancel through the available support channels, and the recurring charges continued anyway. I have since found multiple recent customer reports describing the same issue: the app not working, support not responding, difficulty canceling, and continued billing. If you are a current or former customer, check your bank statements carefully for recurring TREADS charges.

Like everyone else is experiencing, since paying off of my Treads account 2yrs ago, Treads app no longer works, Customer service no longer responds and they have recently been attempting to pull funds from my closed bank accounts using Stripe (an ACH company) that I didn’t give permission. I am currently working with Stripe to block Treads from attempting to charge my closed bank accounts that where closed for this very reason: to stop Treads from charging after subscription was satisfied. Do Not be fooled! Go to COSTCO! They have better deals and service is always great!
