The app can’t find the device. It didn’t come a remote. I replaced my first one because it didn’t have a remote and it couldn’t connect with the app. Now the second one I got is doing the exact same thing… NOTHING! I really hoped it would work because it looked like a great product, but unfortunately looks can be deceiving! I’m sending it back!

This is a great idea being able to control the massager with your phone but the app doesn’t see the device The app site looks like it would be better than the remote that comes with the m5

The heat button sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. In order to make it work, you need to open the app, then turn on the device, and restart the device. Otherwise the heat button won’t work. This is so weird. Can you guys fix that?
