Poke Sushi Bowl

While waiting for my work vehicle to be fixed I ordered, for me what would be considered my first time. I was consistently told something went wrong. Not being informed, I sought help and been told my account was flagged for having another account. Truthfully I cant recall ever eating at this location in the U.S. but I do like sushi and travel for a living so it’s possible. I’ve searched for an account nothing comes up. If I never knew I had an account, help me find my previous account so that I can order and eat. This was the most uncomfortable fraud like experience. Btw, I don’t waste my time leaving reviews but I cant make sense if this experience.

Why can’t I add more items to my cart after clicking reorder from a prior order? Why does the app delete my cart if I click reorder then exit back out to add more items? The app also sometimes deletes my order I’m entering if I click out of the app to read the text message of what someone said they wanted.
