Users like the app for being easy to use and especially convenient for rent payments, balances, maintenance requests, and amenity reservations, with responsive management and helpful information. However, reliability issues dominate complaints: persistent login problems and lockouts, crashes and slowness, clutter from pop-ups and redirects, and a high service fee. Some features are intermittently non-functional. Overall, the app works well when stable, but core reliability and UX annoyances overshadow the positives.

Endless pop-ups and screens and notifications that are completely unnecessary and remain on the screen, even after you dismissed them from disabling all other buttons on the screen. also, it reroute you to about five different platforms, which could be done on just a single page. Just needless extensions.
