User Reviews

Reviews portray Supra One as a slow, unstable app plagued by constant logins, data refresh failures, and crashes. Core features like scheduling showings, sending itineraries, and managing notifications are frequently broken. The Broker Bay acquisition is blamed for disruption and poor communication, though a few users note potential and improvements after feedback. Overall, the platform has strong real estate workflow ambitions, but reliability and UX issues dominate the feedback.
Pros
  • Strong potential for a unified real estate workflow platform.
  • Some reviewers noted improvements after user feedback, indicating responsiveness.
  • The platform concept and Broker Bay heritage provide a compelling vision for showing coordination.
Cons
  • Frequent forced login/logout with MFA friction and no password manager support.
  • Slow, laggy performance with data loading, refresh issues, and crashes.
  • Disruption from the Broker Bay acquisition, with poor communication and degraded UX compared to the previous app.
  • Missing or malfunctioning core features (cannot schedule/showings, send itineraries, or view schedules; unreliable search).
  • Difficulty managing or disabling notifications (persistent prompts and inability to remove notifications).

For years we use showingtime and the app was so much easier to navigate. First this app kicks you out all the times you have to re-login which is super annoying when you’re busy. Second, when you open the app it’s just such a mess. It doesn’t show you a calendar or a schedule. It mixes all of your listings and showings together. I don’t think the data could be presented in a worst way. I hope my listing service changes products.

Absolutely terrible it’s about all I can say.

Insanely slow and buggy app. Called in to the Supra office to give them some feedback about it but was on hold for 20 minutes and when I finally got on the phone with tech support they said this was the first time anyone was reporting the app as slow and buggy and we just sat there in silence as they had zero help to offer me. Unbelievably bad customer service.
