If you like to go back in every week and reset up all of your settings and your router and reassign your devices to people and fix problems that keep popping up over and over again, then by means do it. When it does work, which occasionally happens, it works great. I’m not sure if it would be less work to simply follow my child around 24 hours a day. Frustrated. If you wanted a clear simple, easy to use thing that actually does what it says without constantly having to be fixed… Fix something else. I used to have the Wi-Fi just cut off at 10 PM every night…. With my old Router and that actually worked every time. They do have support… But I have found the best luck sending emails and then waiting about three days for a response. If a little bit of back-and-forth is required, it sometimes takes a week or two to get fixed….. of course by then something else has gone wrong.

Slow to work. Will block stuff but half the time the internet is so slow or won’t work that it makes keeping minors connected challenging. Anything I try to do in the app to make changes and improve the function the app says request timed out or unable to complete request.
