When I open it, it’s just a blank white screen. Broken for a while now. Please fix

Only shows a white screen, deleted and redownloaded countless times to no avail. Apart from that it’s a pretty bare bones app that seems like a high school project.

Hasn’t been updated for 11 months and now just shows a blank white screen. Before that, The app was glitchy and it often will just show a blank screen. The video formatting doesn’t play sometimes for the live feed cameras. The staff doesn’t update it often enough. For example, the app may say that the parking lot is open and when you get there, it is completely full and they are turning people away. This defeats the purpose of the app.
