I hope no one ever buys this product. I’m disgusted that we got this. Could not be more complicated to use. So many glitches. Need to read 15 pages to use a thermometer. Poorly designed, no end user in mind

Ordered this for Christmas. Charged the probe as per the instructions. Downloaded app for iPhone and per instructions. Opened app and it paired once. Shut down app and opened it the next day. Would not/could not find the probe. Deleted app and reloaded. Same issue. Returning this asap.
