I was very disappointed with this service. I transferred a few thousand dollars and they got caught in a limbo for several days. They mentioned my documents needed to be manually reviewed but the process of making that happen was really opaque. Lot’s of support staff that was friendly but unhelpful. They were mostly just using generic scripted answers.
