Tried multiple times to reach support but they just told me that “Apple will refund me” but obviously that is not the case ? This happened multiple times after sending multiple messages and then they just stopped answering me after following their directions.

2025-08-29	0w*****	I spent $3.99 and attempted to receive sms verification from two different sources, and BOTH triggered the exact same error: “Please Enter Valid Number.” I want my $3.99 refunded so that I can throw it the trash, because that would be a better investment in comparison to this garbage!!! I don’t know if anyone else will experience this delema, but if i do not get my money back or get this thing working, I will be contacting someone.
