RealDrives - drives in colors

RealDrives is expert in measuring drives and understanding why people do what they do. To measure drives we make use of an online questionnaire with only 11 questions.

RealDrives offers a rich and practical insight into what motivates individuals and teams on the basis of drives and a corresponding color language. It also shows how people perceive their own direct environment, their opinion about that environment and how they adjust their personal behavior accordingly.

RealDrives uses group dynamics to provide insight into team patterns. Teams are more than the sum of the individuals.

RealDrives has many areas of application. This includes, but is not limited to, utilization concerning collaboration in teams, coaching, leadership, recruitment & selection, communication, change and transition.

The app is intended as enhancement of your RealDrives profile. If you don’t have a RealDrives profile yet, your core drives can be determined within the app through a short series of questions.
