Livewell Southwest Connect

Livewell Southwest is offering video consultations to support people with alternatives to face to face consultations. The app is being used across our Physical Health, Mental Health and Adult Social Care Services   Video consultations mean you can get the support required from the comfort of your home.   The app is free and easy to use and instructions, log-in details and appointment times will be sent to users. Users will be asked for their name, mobile number before being able to be booked onto appointments.    Helpful text message reminders can be sent to make sure you don’t miss your appointment slot and during appointments you’ll be able to view documents needed as part of your session.
