Features & Capabilities

M2 Wear is a Chrome extension that connects with your wearable to log exercise data, show real-time steps, distance, and calories, and monitor sleep duration and quality with weekly histograms. It also helps locate your phone via bracelet vibrations, and notifies you of calls, SMS, and app messages when connected.

Note: Consult your doctor before making medical decisions. It also supports wrist-raise to wake the screen for quick access.

User Reviews

Reviews show a largely unstable app plagued by connectivity and stability issues, frequent crashes, and weak watch-face/notification support. Users report pairing failures, difficulty discovering the device, and limited options for changing faces. A few positives exist—some users find the app functional and see its potential when it works, and there’s demand for Fahrenheit in weather—but overall reliability and feature completeness are the major concerns.
Pros
  • Some reviewers find the app functional and promising, with basic features working when stable.
  • A few reviews describe the app as good or great and acknowledge its potential when it operates properly.
  • Several users note that weather/units settings (e.g., Fahrenheit) exist and are desirable features.
Cons
  • Frequent pairing/connection crashes and device discovery failures (watch not found, QR/BT methods unreliable).
  • App instability and crashes occur during pairing, changing wallpaper, or after connecting.
  • Watch faces are limited and hard to download or change; DIY options or selection often unresponsive.
  • Notifications and messaging integration (iMessage, texts, Facebook) are unreliable or non-functional.
  • Key features are missing or inconsistently supported (Apple Health sync, in-watch app downloads, regional support).

I’m really happy with my Hoco Y35 watch — it’s a great device for the price. The design is sleek, the battery life is impressive, and all the basic functions work perfectly. My only wish would be to have more display options to choose from — it would make personalization even better!

Everytime I try to pair the watch the app crashes. Glad I only paid $7.50 for it. I messaged the seller so hopefully I get a response before I contact Whatnot.
