Parcel Tracker uses Computer Vision and Optical Character Recognition to bring a super fast and automatic way of dealing with parcels. Logging a parcel in the system is as easy as pointing the device to the label of the parcel: the tenant name and barcode will be detected instantaneously and the tenant notified automatically. For collection, we support QR code notifications that can be scanned to identify the tenant, and we take a signature as a proof of collection. All the data is synchronised on our servers for backup, and kept on the device for offline use.

Our organization has been using this software for about 3 months now. It has been inbound packages and deliveries much easier to track. Our recipients have been enjoying it as well. We are really enjoying the latest UI and scanning update. It has made it much easier and faster to scan in a package when the recipients label or name is a bit off from their recipient account information. The support team has also helped so much with the implementation of this software. They are very responsive, which usually gets any issues worked out within a day or two at most.
