NowServing offers a user-friendly UI, easy booking, and online consultations with a broad pool of doctors by location, plus convenient family scheduling. However, it is hampered by scheduling delays and cancellations, technical problems (registration, freezes, OS compatibility), incomplete doctor availability on the platform, and occasionally slow support. Overall, strong features exist, but reliability and doctor coverage need improvement.

Pros

User-friendly interface and easy navigation.

Ability to book appointments for family members and manage family bookings.

Cons

Scheduling issues: doctors frequently run late, appointments get canceled or heavily rescheduled, and rescheduling can be limited.

Avoid Derma BEATRICE MAXINE CHAN at all cost. Asked the most basic questions for 30 seconds and spitted out prescriptions right away, that’s it. I wasn’t even done talking and she kept cutting me off. That’s P1,200 folks, what a ripoff. The app has no way to rate the doctors too so… I guess I’m back to finding a better virtual consult app.

I live here in US and I have an appointment with one the REIs named Dr. Cialuj Teza Agbayani. I missed my first appointment and I rebooked it. The second one was not successful because the secretary told that she’s really busy, the third booking came and I already gave up as I waited for hours because the doctor has a procedure going on. It’s very disappointing because they didn’t respect my time. She cannot manage handling her own schedule for the patients. Please, if you can’t commit to your patients online, don’t involve yourself to this kind of online consultation because your just wasting the time of your patients if you’re always late to show up.
