App is user friendly and allows a coach or trainer to create a workout program in no time at all. Has some great features where you can choose from a vast library of exercises. You also have the ability to share your workout and customize your own workout. It has definitely helped our program and the kids love using it. Haven’t seen an app like this anywhere. It was designed for anyone or group who needs to customize their own workouts.
