However, repeating pain points include reliability issues: crashes or freezes, especially around the Pay tab; time-tracking glitches; inconsistent access to pay stubs; and some iPhone-specific instability that requires reinstall or leads to usability problems.

Pros

Recent reviews

The clock in/out occasionally glitches. Everyone of my coworkers are able to see the “pay” tab, but I can not, I’ve re-installed the app many times and tried to update. Nothing works.

won’t let me clock out when needed- will always have a pop up that reads “successful” but i’ll log in on a computer and it’ll show the action was not completed. i hate that my job uses this
