Sadly I paid for the lifetime access and when I am presented with the depth readings it goes back to the upgrade page and asks me to pay again. Very deceiving as I cannot get through to their customer service.

I enjoyed this app so I paid for lifetime access but I apparently did it through the website. I was never emailed a receipt so I had to ask for it. The Luna chapter is really cool and then you run out of questions and have to pay for more. I figured with premium lifetime I would have access to that. At some point on an update lots of little things became individual pay so it was hard to keep up with what is included in lifetime premium and what's not. I randomly have lots of errors. Most recently, when you click on "how does this affect me?" in the moon phase section, the response shows a different zodiac sign than the app does. I thought it was just a glitch and so I did it again and it showed another different sign. That made it hard to trust any of the information. I contacted customer service they explained to me that it's a different system, which I know, but clearly they weren't understanding me that the chat feature was showing different zodiac sign and information than its own app Most recently, the app acts like I don't have premium. I have no way to hit restore purchases like they try to tell me to do because it just briefly shows a little moon on the screen and then goes away. Customer service is out until Monday so it's just an AI response so I can't use the app until I can get a hold of a person. This has happened before which is annoying and part of their instructions are to please get your receipt from Apple but as mentioned I don't have that because I signed up through the app Premium lifetime Excel supplies that you get access to everything and then you find out once you have it that there's lots of little add-ons that you don't get
