No way to create account. First it says account already exists then says account not found then it told me my email address doesn’t exist. Way too convoluted to mess with. Chair is nice. APP sucks!

Worst massage chair ever! Uncomfortable, can’t fall asleep to it. The leg extension only stays out if you push on it the whole time. Can’t relax heels all the way back without bending forwards or sitting completely straight up & down. Limited time available (even though you can add more time, it’s an unnecessary hassle). Especially when your just starting to get relaxed, it shuts down automatically, Air bags feel more like weak pressure than an actual massage. VERY hard to find Bluetooth connect PIN code. Speaker quality sucks sooo bad! RealRelax Smart app is no better than the remote control on the massage chair. Doesn’t make an improvement whatsoever. LED remote screen does not light up the buttons, have to use a flashlight at night to see what buttons to press- unless using the app, the ONLY good thing about the app! Can’t customize the massage. This is the second massage chair I have owned. Can’t wait to get rid of the RealRelax and get the first one I bought (Osaki OS-4000) back. What a Dream Machine that one was compared to this! That one was worth every penny, this one can go to the junk yard.
