Додаток аварійно завершує роботу з помилкою SIGTRAP під час сканування української ID-картки або закордонного паспорта на будь-якому iPhone. Протягом багатьох місяців я витратив близько години «якісного часу», фактично сперечаючись із чатботом, поки зрештою не домігся з’єднання з живою людиною. Я запропонував надати crash-логи, але щоразу отримував ту саму формальну відповідь: «Ми знаємо про проблему і працюємо над нею».

Ідея цікава але дуже багато недоліків, особливо для людей що живуть за кордоном чи літніх громадян. Неможливо зайти у свій кабінет через дію, мій підпис. Вже й з інших телефонів заходила, та сама проблема. Для того щоб зробити запис на оновлення паспорту витрачено стільки часу і нервів… надзвичайно важко користуватись.
