Recent reviews

The services are good but the buffet spread has shrunk quite significantly. Only ham cold cuts are available and it’s more like street food and leftovers and reheated on very exorbitant price. Zero value for the money.

The most unfriendly customer service that you have. There is no response from the customer service. In todays world when getting connected is very easy, getting through to your customer service is harder than a firewall. None of your customer executive, especially Shaaista are at all helpful or even willing to help you. Only when there is an involvement of money, do they show their concern otherwise it’s as if they have turned deaf.
