KIX Field Agent enables service technicians and field staff to work on assigned tickets in your KIX Service Management System, also while being offline.

Any ticket information is also offline available, e.g. asset/config item information, knowledge base entries or the communication history.

Requires KIX version 18. The system backend server must be reachable from your mobile device via HTTPS.
