This is exactly what the CGIS needed to do. This is truly a game changer and I hope the CGIS gets flooded with reports and completely overwhelmed by the volume. I am going to do everything I can to promote this app. It’s simple and functional. Hopefully it actually routes the tip to someone. Every Mariner should have it on his phone. How about a confirmation email if someone leaves their email address? Some kind of tracking number... What happens once that report hits the totally dysfunctionalCGIS, well, that’s another matter. But this a a good start.
