User Reviews

Users praise the app for planning stays and directions, and for a filterable map, but across multiple reviews they report booking failures, missing ski features (trail map, rentals, tracking), slow/non-interactive maps, outdated information and a poor user experience, and login/authentication problems.

Pros

Useful planning tool with daily itinerary and event schedules.
GPS directions and ability to book events.
Filterable map for viewing location types.

Cons

In-app booking issues: cannot add items to cart, reservations not processed or confirmed, stand-by messages.
Missing ski features: no trail map, cannot reserve ski rentals, cannot track other party.
Map performance issues: map is slow and not interactive.
Outdated/incorrect information and poor user experience: incorrect times/days for activities, not updated, not mobile-friendly UX.
Login/authentication problems: difficulty logging in, repeated credential issues.

Recent reviews

App needs to be updated so you can purchase/reserve activities. Currently you have to go the online website to reserve/purchase tickets.

I appreciate seeing the daily itinerary and a map that can filter the location type. But the map isn’t interactive. I can’t add anything to my cart then have to call and wait on hold to register or buy tickets. And a live chat feature would help since text and messaging is a common in-app function in other travel, lodging apps. Signed, an owner and annual visitor
