The settings are minimal. The settings can’t be changed while listening to music or on a phone call. The App just stopped connecting to my devices and I had no way to change the settings. I returned my hearing aids but the problem might be with the App.

I’ve had these hearing aids for 4+ years and their customer service/support is a JOKE!!! I’ve tried calling and trying to get help, well let’s just say after an entire day of trying to contact them and not being able to I gave up. I’ve left email messages to call me, good thing I wasn’t holding my breath!!! Whole bunch of $$$ down the drain and haven’t used these for years!!!! Stay away!!!!
