With my job being highly technical at times I routinely have to call different companies for technical support. I have NEVER seen customer service this good. Not even for equipment that costs thousands. Every single person I have talked to has went above and beyond. Special shoutout to Shawn. He went above and beyond and saved me 2 hours worth of drive time on a Friday afternoon, not counting the time spent reconnecting the customers sensors.
