I signed up for a $6/wk app to experiment with the tool and they began charging me $21/wk. I tried to dispute this with them via email. They were unresponsive as they have an ai chat bot agent for customer service. I canceled the service immediately from the side of Apple and this company just continues to charge me $21 per week after week after week. Do not use this ai tool. - Disgusted
