Constant bugs so bad in the app that I have to constantly delete it and reinstall it. I’ve had more convos with their “support” than I care to even type about. They don’t have fixes besides deleting the app and reinstalling. And that’s after jumping through a thousand hoops and emailing back and forth. I gave up last time because they were going to take me down the same stupid path so I just deleted and reinstalled. And when you delete the app and reinstall, you have to re-download all the videos for your kid all over again which is time consuming and redundant, given how often I have to do this. I want to give this 5 stars because it works on all the tvs but not in kindle, iPad or iPhone.
