• View a demonstration version of the agreement before sending it out.
• When you're happy with the final version send it out to tenants for electronic signing via email.
• Signatures are collected using Advanced Electronic Signing that requires two factor authentication.
• Automatic email reminders to sign.
• The agreement is automatically stored to the tenancy for reference and storage.

Manage your property certificates:

• View your properties current EPC rating.
• Store EPC's, EICR's and GSC's to your property.

• Tenants can pay via their mobile banking provider with all details of the payment pre-appended - a safer way to pay.
• Standing orders, and single payments can be created in minutes.

The tenancy portal:

• The tenancy portal provides everyone in the tenancy group a way to access what's happening in their tenancy.
• View all the necessary legal documentation.
• A centralised space for communicating with your tenancy and logging issues.

Deposit registration and certification:

• We partner with TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme Ltd) to provide compliant tenancy deposit management.
• Receive the deposit from your tenants and register it all within the app.
• Pay the deposit to TDS using Open Banking.
• Access the Deposit Protection Certificate in the tenancy portal.

External communication

• Propa uses a mixture of email and push notifications to let landlords and tenants know about tenancy events.
• Payment reminders are sent to tenants with instructions on how to pay.
• Email receipts are sent when payments successfully complete.
