Ni no Kuni: New Cross Worlds

They distributed the Crown Fund tickets as promised, and I received mine. But then, extra tickets suddenly appeared in my account even though I didn’t do anything to get them. It was clearly a mistake on their end. Instead of fixing their own mistake, they decided to delete my account and other players too!told us to create a new one. I honestly thought they would restore our progress, considering all the time and effort we had put into getting that far, but they never did. They only gave us the Crown tickets back. It’s incredibly frustrating and honestly feels so unfair. Imagine spending so much time and effort building your progress, only to have your account deleted because of a mistake made by the company. We players didn’t do anything to receive those extra Crown Fund tickets—it simply happened to our accounts. They don’t care! In the first place we didn’t do anything to have more extra crown fund tickets! Lots of players lost thier accounts because of thier mistakes! They don’t deserve a 1 star! It should be nothing!

I want to continue to play the game I really do! But everytime I open the main interface or event interface for too long the game crashes. This has been an issue for far too long I’m frankly disappointed. I hope you can manage to fix this issue.
