Users consistently report SALUS as unreliable and frustrating. The top issues are repeated errors when submitting safety walks, requiring deletions and reinstalls to proceed, which often wipes history. Login and site access problems further block use, and updates appear to introduce or fail to fix glitches. Because submissions frequently fail or disappear, the app fails to contribute to daily quotas, wasting operators' time and undermining safety workflow.
App is frequently failing. I stare at a screen that just repeats the error message then I have to reload all the safety walks when I have to re download it. To top it off, the safety walk or any entry doesn’t actually make a work order. It literally just sends it to nowhere for bean counting.
The ask is to do a safety walk or a near miss every single day but the app NEVER WORKS. I need to be on the floor making sure operations are running well. Not fooling around with this app trying to submit ALREADY COMPLETED walks and being told by the app that there is an error and it can’t be done now. Then when you reach out to them, they tell you to delete your entries and resubmit. Sorry, I don’t have the time for this. Get a better app.
