App is frequently failing. I stare at a screen that just repeats the error message then I have to reload all the safety walks when I have to re download it. To top it off, the safety walk or any entry doesn’t actually make a work order. It literally just sends it to nowhere for bean counting.

The ask is to do a safety walk or a near miss every single day but the app NEVER WORKS. I need to be on the floor making sure operations are running well. Not fooling around with this app trying to submit ALREADY COMPLETED walks and being told by the app that there is an error and it can’t be done now. Then when you reach out to them, they tell you to delete your entries and resubmit. Sorry, I don’t have the time for this. Get a better app.
