Rilla App updates are intrusive. The app has new notifications, badges and banners that plague your phone screen by taking over about 30% of your screen which becomes annoying. Add to that this app is constantly draining your battery and mobile data. There needs to be a better way to infringe on other people’s privacy. Yes privacy be side this app will record everything without the other parties consent. Yes it is legal in most places but it can be misused like anything else. I’m more troubled by the resources the app sucks from my device but my managers require we use it at every house call we make.

I love using Rilla. Not only just to review my own sales conversations, but I listen to the more senior reps conversations to help me replicate what they’re doing. Definitely expedited my learning curve.
