Pros

Redesigned UI is beautiful, faster, and more intuitive.
Easy to manage tickets, Aqua Pass reservations, and see a day itinerary all in one place.
In-app ticket purchase and reservations (works for some users).
Itinerary feature helps plan the day.

Cons

Frequent login crashes with persistent white screens or 'Oops' errors after login, rendering the app unusable.
Persistent login issues across sessions and devices, preventing access to membership benefits and reservations.
Inconsistent in-app ticketing experience, including trouble saving/linking tickets, cart issues, and gaps in editing times.
Updates often cause instability (white screens/crashes) and degrade performance.

I could write a very long review about all the things in this app that do not work well or do not work at all, but I’ll just say this: this app has always been bad. each update I hope that it’s been fixed, but then I download the update and it’s gotten worse. They should hire a new company to manage their website and app. a world class aquarium with this bootleg ratchet joke of an app doesn’t make sense. developers, if you read these, what is going on over there? its always the same junior developer mistakes. do better or maybe ask AI why your performance is so poor and your app so buggy and slow. like really, please ask Claude. yall are bozoing really basic stuff.

My teens loved the aquarium. The puffins were amazing!!!! Belugas, great! Whale shark, phenomenal! I don’t think there is a thing we didn’t like. So great we got memberships. We love going down.
