Craft is visually stunning and great for writing/organization with strong formatting, multi-space workspaces, and helpful support. AI drafting is a plus for many. However, recurring issues include stability problems on Mac/iPad, a complex block-based UI with limited undo, data portability concerns, unclear AI credit pricing, and several feature gaps (OCR/search, calendar views, Apple Pencil quirks). It’s powerful but needs fixes and clearer economics.

Beautiful, polished design and interface.
Strong writing and organization capabilities with rich formatting and multi-space workspaces.
AI-assisted drafting features that many users find helpful.

Frequent stability issues and glitches, including crashes and paste errors on Mac and iPad.

Have the devs stopped working on this app? Background images for cards don’t work anymore. The only way I can get them to show is by duplicating a card that already has a background image and then switching the image out which means I have to go into the card, copy and paste everything from one card to the other, so that it won’t be a complete duplicate. It’s a pain in the ***. I use Craft all the time daily and I’ve made it my way to keep track of my day, organize finances, but how could they not notice this major feature flaw?

I’m obsessed with this app, especially after trying 4 other word processor apps before this one and concluding notes was gonna have to be it. This is such a fun, attractive, and organized app. Slight learning curve but easy to use once you get it. Note there is some free functions but I did subscribe to the $9 per month. I can’t speak to free use because I’m pretty sure I subscribed the first day so there was probably a good reason.

Simply...Craft is amazing. I just started using this app and was a little nervous because I am not tech-savvy. I was so pleasantly surprised to discover it is extremely user friendly. I was able to figure most things out on my own. However, when I needed help I simply e-mailed the Craft team and always recieved immediate replies filled with simple and easy to understand information on what I needed and more. They truly go above and beyond to assist their customers. I can do everything I need to do for vet tech school in one outstanding app; from mapping, to flow charts, to tables, to summarizing my notes, and so much more! The possibilities appear endless and I could not be more happy with Craft! Thanks a million!! Foever Grateful, Angie
