One of the worst applications I’ve used in my life! Very bad UX. I’ve tried to renew my car license and guess what till today it’s pending! I called them and they told me it’s not our fault and you have to go to the office center to check what’s the problem! What’s the point of using the application if you want to cause me all these problems

خدمات التطبيق رائعة جدا وفكرة إنشاء مركز الخدمات ممتازة واتمنى ان يكون في كل المراكز او الدوائر الحكوميه بنفس السهوله وان تكون إجراءات المعاملات الرسميه بهذه الطريقه والإجراءات السهله
