I have been trying to cancel this subscription for a month—I’m not using it anymore. For a month it has said that it’s cancelled yet it is still trying to charge my card. So I had to leave that card with no money on it so it would t be able to charge it. But today it just happened to catch some money on that card and it charged it. Meantime I have been trying to contact the company to tell them to cancel it and have gotten ZERO response. Now they have my money and I’m stuck with an app that I can’t cancel and I no longer use. OR…Vixer could do the right thing and refund my money and actually cancel my subscription correctly.
