The WLVR Radio App:

The WLVR Radio App allows you to listen to WLVR, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule for WLVR Radio all at once! You can explore and listen to On Demand content whenever you want, share stories with your friends and wake up to WLVR with the alarm clock!

Live Streaming • DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off! Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed! • Listen to live streams from WLVR even while traveling! Start the app and your favorite station starts playing. • Integrated program schedules for WLVR streams! • One click stream switching – flip over to the program you noticed on another stream with a single click. • Listen to WLVR Radio in the background while browsing the web or catching up on your emails!

On Demand • Access the WLVR's past programs easily and quickly. • DVR-like controls. Pause, rewind and fast forward your program with ease. • When listening to programs, individual segments (when available) are listed so you can review and choose one or listen to the entire program. • Easy to access past programs. • The WLVR Radio App displays the web page associated with the program or program segment you are listening to On Demand so you can explore for more information.

Thank goodness. Other radio stations have apps that crash, get jumbled, and are not well organized. I discovered LVR and love the local news in print and over audio, and appreciate the programs I’m finding via this app. It has become a staple for me.

This app. Gives access to allot of valuable information. The one major drawback is the sign up. Folks don’t usually have to sign up for getting the news they can access on the radio. Other than this nick pick solid information and quality reporting.

I love WLVR and it’s excellent reporting on local news. My only quibble is the app drops when I get a phone call, so I have to restart the app manually when the call ends. Fix that and five stars over here.
