Tideline is the first surf reporting tool that allows you to learn when spots work best based on the experiences of surfers combined with historical surf data. For free!

KEY FEATURES

Create detailed surf reports in seconds —> report time, location, duration and rating of your surf session / check. Optionally add photos, comments, observations, board and other gear.

Swell, wind and tide are added automatically —> for most areas, data originates from GFS and the renowned WaveWatch III Wave Model. For some parts of the world, local and more accurate models are used.

Send surf reports to your friends —> share your surf reports or surf checks with friends through your preferred social media channel (e.g. Whatsapp, Messenger).

Be part of a community-driven spot guide —> create public reports and show your session or surf check to the world. We understand the importance of private / secret spots and validate all user - generated surf reports before they are made public.

Explore the latest surf around the world —> discover the customisable timelines, both public and your own, where you can endlessly scroll through the surf and filter on the conditions or dates that are interesting for you.

Use reports to learn when spots work best —> the foundation of the app. Get to know breaks by looking back, and use this to score better waves.
