The investment aspect of Stori appears reliable, but the customer service experience has been very disappointing. The AI assistant, Nova, has not been able to resolve my issues, and when I request to speak with a human agent, it repeatedly attempts to assist without success, which becomes frustrating. After several attempts, I am sometimes transferred to a representative, but responses can take 5 to 10 minutes for each message, making the process very slow. In most cases, a support ticket is created, but these tickets are often closed without a clear or satisfactory resolution. Additionally, I have concerns about the Stori Pro promotion. Although I meet the stated requirements and the offer appears in my app, I have not been able to access the advertised 15% investment option. When I reported this issue, my case was closed without resolution. Overall, I am quite disappointed with Stori’s customer service and the handling of the Stori Pro offer.

No me aprova mi transaccion de Amazon que es mucho menos de el credito disponible que tengo. También varias veces no me dejo pagar con ella en gasolineras así que no la uso seguido pero aun mi última transaccion es de enero 15 2026.

Pinche aplicación toda culera, no tienen bien control con sus pagos yo pagué 2 días antes que fuera mi día límite y todo bien, pero llegó el día y me hicieron 100 llamadas en un solo día, y eso que ya había pagado , cada dos minutos me hablaban, intenté hacer una compra en internet según me mandarían un código de seguridad y jamás llegaba (o trabajaba mucho en llegar, hablé a soporte borre, la app la volví a abrir, en soporte me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada, pinche atención bien culer@, me llegaron todos los códigos pero ya ninguno era válido En conclusión si tiene la oportunidad de usar esta puta basura desaprovechenla Esta de la verga
