Not sure why this is happening. Not sure why I don’t receive developer response. Not sure why I don’t receive email response. I got the other 2 for 4.99 each and with this one (the key app) not working and not receiving any support whatsoever I’m tempted to get a refund on the other two. I find it VERY BIZARRE THAT THE ONES WE PAY FOR WORK BUT THIS THEY JUST LET SLIDE!! I reloaded them but now the Super App photos with sayings on them with colorful backgrounds stay gray and blank very long time. I really like it but it is frustrating
