The constant server outages at the end of a case and constant buffering causes 1 case to take 8-10 minutes to enter for our product line. When you have 13 to enter that’s over an hour which is unacceptable.

Constant buffering and having to close out app and start again, despite excellent internet connection. Process to submit an order is cumbersome and not user friendly. No tracking of historical orders after the PO is submitted. Even with the updates, it’s still frustrating to use after 5+ years. I think my HS kid could create a better app. I would not recommend after using other systems.
