As soon as I updated to IOS 17.7, elite viewer pro crashes 8 times out of 10. When will the update be available?

Before I discontinue using this app and camera system. Can we please fix the glitch on this app. I can’t watch more than 10 seconds before it shut off. This is not what it’s supposed to do!!!!
